Balance Rollette

The Balance Rollette includes Cedarwood, Frankincense, Lavender and Rosemary essential oils that are blended with certified organic Jojoba oil and Chamomile infused New Zealand virgin sunflower natural oil.  The intention of creating this blend is to help you with promoting a sense of grounding and calmness especially during times of stress and anxiety.  The combination of aromas especially Lavender and Rosemary help to reduce stress and can help promote a sense peace of mind. 

To use the rollette, just roll the rollette between your Right and Left hands to warm the oil or you can just roll directly onto your pulse points, the most popular are for eg. Temporal (side of head) and Radial (inside of wrists).  

More importantly regular practice of self loving and kindness to yourself is a must.  This practice will empower you to accept yourself as you are, to forgive what has been and gone and to let go of unnecessary stress.  This new perspective will help you to support and strengthen your mind and mental wellbeing.
